Upstream Oil and Gas
We explore, appraise and develop hydrocarbon resources, usually as a partner to a national oil company. The national company holds the resource and the regulatory relationship. We bring capital, carry defined phases of risk, and contribute technical and commercial structuring.

Energy Investments
We take equity positions in oil, gas and infrastructure assets, and we hold them through the cycle rather than trading them. Centurion Energy is the clearest illustration: acquired for under CAD 100 million, exited above USD 1 billion.

Midstream and Infrastructure
We invest in the storage, processing and transport capacity that connects production to market.

Real Estate Development
